Innovative lifting solutions free from mineral oils for cleanrooms
Standardized lifting equipment cannot be used in all areas. Lifting equipment with mineral or hydraulic oil as a lifting medium cannot be used in cleanrooms for the optical industry. They could contaminate these cleanrooms. Hanselmann has developed lifting tools specifically for these areas that work without mineral oil. These media are either based on highly stable polyether or work with synthetic, high-purity compressed air - including some of Hanselmann's own developments.

Our air lifting bags enable heavy loads to be lifted safely without any mechanical deformation occurring. The specially designed air lifting bags are made of robust, high-strength materials, such as aramid or Kevlar fibers, which ensure a high load-bearing capacity and resistance to abrasion, chemicals and extreme temperatures.

Machine transport with air cushions: moving heavy loads effortlessly
Our air cushions are specialized lifting and transport systems that have been developed for the gentle and precise transport of heavy loads. They use a film of air to move heavy objects with barely any friction across the floor, which is particularly advantageous in environments with sensitive floors or in confined spaces.
Air cushions work on the principle of suspended transportation. As soon as compressed air is introduced into the cushion, it exits through the fine nozzles on the bottom and forms a thin film of air between the cushion and the floor. This air film reduces friction almost completely, allowing even machines weighing several tons to be moved effortlessly, smoothly and precisely.

Our air cushions are particularly suitable for use in cleanrooms, when assembling machines or in areas where the floor must not be scratched or damaged. Hanselmann's battery-powered trolleys are advanced transport solutions developed for moving heavy loads safely and efficiently. These trolleys are equipped with a powerful battery that enables wireless operation and offers maximum flexibility for industrial lifting and transportation tasks.
Hanselmann Battery-powered trolleys / push systems
The Hanselmann battery-powered trolleys and battery-powered push systems enable the safe and precise transportation of heavy machinery, equipment or other loads without the need for external power sources such as power sockets. This makes them ideal for use in plant assembly, cleanroom integration and in the manufacturing industry. If required, we can provide systems with upgraded motors, cable harnesses, bearings etc. to meet the requirements of cleanrooms. This includes thermostable lubricants, approved plastics, outgassed components and silicone-free seals.
Floor protection systems: “Dustcover fleece”
A clean floor is essential for our assembly operations and cleanroom installations. We use our innovative floor protection system for this purpose, which we roll out on the floor and can simply remove again once the installation is complete. Even liquids are absorbed thanks to the fine fleece which leaves no traces behind. This means that any dirt caused by our application is removed immediately.
Cleanrooms up to ISO 5 class
The Hanselmann “Dustcover fleece” was specially developed for cleanrooms up to ISO 5 class. It binds 90 % of precipitating particles without leaving any residue, even if it is usually difficult to remove. This innovation clearly stands out from conventional protective fleeces, which often cause problematic residues - the Hanselmann “Dustcover fleece”, on the other hand, guarantees maximum cleanliness and easy cleaning.
Aluminum heavy-duty floor system
Our sturdy aluminum heavy-duty floor system is especially valuable to the field of industrial assembly. To protect hall floors, we install our modular flooring system precisely where the subfloor does not offer sufficient load-bearing capacity per square meter. Our floor protection system distributes the load over the entire surface, which not only protects the floor, but also allows industrial assembly work to be carried out more safely.
This special solution is not only suitable for temporary use but can also be a permanent solution.
The floor system is designed to significantly increase the temporary load-bearing capacity at technical levels. All application scenarios can be visualized.
Barrier free floor system
We install the system barrier-free from the outdoor area to the interior of the buildings in which we install machines and systems. This increases the safety and efficiency of work performance. The system can be installed by two people without any additional tools or lifting equipment. This makes it a far better alternative to the use of steel plates.
We also use the floor system for production rooms/cleanrooms to enable high loads. The floor system is also specially designed to route media lines within the structure.
Hanselmann Lift&Roll system: safe and efficient movement of your machines
The Hanselmann Lift&Roll system has been developed in the context of our work on the Hanselmann Holistic Lean Processing System.
The system is used to move large and heavy machines safely and efficiently on the baseplates. To set up the Lift&Roll system, metal profiles are laid out under the system. Our lifting modules are then connected to the metal profiles and fixed in place with a screw. Once the baseplate has been lifted, the fixed system can be transported easily and safely.
Lift&Roll-System: Unique
The Lift&Roll system is therefore a lifting/pushing system that can be used equally for systems and machines at the system manufacturer, during shipping and for integration at the end customer's premises worldwide - and is a unique system in this form.
It avoids improvised lifting processes and moves. At the same time, it increases safety and reduces the need for heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklift trucks.

Machine lifting jacks are special lifting devices that have been developed to safely lift heavy machines and loads. Manufacturers such as Jung, HTS and GKS offer various models that are suitable for different areas of application.

Transport rollers for heavy-duty use
For heavy-duty applications, specialized transport rollers are used. These are robust transport aids that have been specially developed for the safe and efficient transportation of heavy loads. Our heavy-duty rollers consist of a sturdy metal base fitted with several heavy-duty wheels.
Transport rollers allow heavy loads to be moved easily by distributing the weight evenly across their castors. This means that even large machinery can be moved effortlessly across the floor.

If required, all transport roller systems can be fitted with special load rollers. The standard heavy-duty rollers systems usually consist of a steel support frame. However, we also offer heavy-duty rollers made of stainless steel and plastic as well as steel with an anodized coating.

Our battery-powered hydraulic pumps are compact tools that work via radio remote control and without cables. They are perfect for use when moving machines where space is at a minimum. Lifting frames

Heavy-duty trailers
Our heavy-duty trailers are often used for events or industrial assembly. Depending on the model, they can easily transport up to 80 tons. Our heavy-duty trailers have a load protection grid that prevents goods from sliding onto people or the tractor unit during sudden braking movements.
